Michael S. Novilla

Hello, I'm Michael S. Novilla, the owner & creator of NOVA Event Space. I dream, like all Entrepreneurs do, and my dream was formed over many many years. I was fortunate enough to have traveled to over 30 countries on 5 continents throughout the years. I set about exploring some of the world's best art galleries, museums, swanky lounges, architectural monuments, roof top night clubs, open air bazaars and markets, ancient castles, high-tech industries, rain forests, mountain tops, desolate villages and many of Earth's greatest cities, returning home each time more inspired to share those wonder's with my home city of St. Petersburg, Florida. I also was fortunate enough to spend time with people, systems and businesses who have the true passion and understanding of what world-class service really is. So I assembled an incredible team, including local real estate design and build master Michael Mitchell and designer extraordinaire Emily Morgavan, sound and lighting genius Chuck Taylor of Production Source, financier Michael Lewis, and so many others that spent 3 years creating NOVA Art Lounge. However, a few months after opening in early 2008, we realized that we were not an Art Lounge but truly a Unique Event Space, henceforth we became known as NOVA 535 Unique Event Space. 

I realize that each person and each event is unique and therefore deserves TEAM NOVA's full and best attention. Because without YOU THE CLIENT, there is no NOVA. The tail does not wag the dog. I also believe and am fully committed to CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT, both personally and professionally. We can learn and grow every day and after every event. [Check out my weekly Entrepreneur Social Club, Thursdays 6-8pm.] So I've created a process called "THE NOVA WAY", which allows us to continually improve our processes here at NOVA.
