VENUE PRICE INCLUDES     -     BUSINESS USAGE:

• Available for wedding / commitment ceremonies and receptions, seminars, awards banquets, VIP parties, corporate events, fashion shows, live music and comedy performances, sweet 16s, school dances, Quinceañeras, commercial film shoots, music videos, art openings, virtually anything you can imagine.  Yes you can hold just your wedding or commitment ceremony here.

• Private and exclusive use of NOVA 535 during your event. No random people milling about or annoying music from someone else’s event.

• We have all required local and state business licenses, health certificates, general & liability insurances.

• We provide a complete written contract and accept checks, cash, Visa, MC, Discover, Amex & PayPal.

VENUE PRICE INCLUDES     -     DECORATIONS:

• NOVA 535 is a modern art gallery (most works are available for sale), with some of the best local and global artwork. Our artwork is showcased and illuminated on an incredible custom designed system that must be seen first hand to be fully appreciated.  

• Clients may we decorate NOVA 535 except we do NOT allow any smoke/fog/sparklers inside

• Most of our clients find no decorating is necessary other than flowers, centerpieces and candles. Aside from flowers, candles and centerpieces, there isn't much to decorate here. Wait until you personally experience NOVA 535; with most of our guests’ first reactions being "WOW!"

• We enjoy brainstorming additional decorating wishes via the guidance of our warm and friendly TEAM NOVA 535.

• Original 1920 red clay block and brick walls reaching 18’ in the main gallery.

• Exposed hand-cut pine rafters from 1920. You can’t manufacture history.

• Brazilian hardwood floors – no tacky ballroom carpet here.

• Gorgeous twin wrought-iron and granite staircases, perfect for grand entries and 2nd floor VIP exclusivity.

• NOVA 535 Doorman to welcome guests and help ensure everyone was actually invited.

• Pre event set-up and after ceremony / seminar room flip for dining / dancing.

ADDITIONAL ALA-CARTE GOODS & SERVICES

DJ                                          $695

• Our professional, experienced, fun and bi-lingual (English & Spanish) House DJ Jaey plays for 4-hours during your event.

• All sound systems, microphones, high-end, professional grade, custom designed 'big-boy" sound, lighting, dance & video systems are included.  

• Also included is a one-on-one meeting with DJ Jaey to discuss your wants and needs, play lists, etc.

BRICK & BAMBOO COURTYARD  $495

• Enjoy our 4,000 sq. ft gorgeous brick courtyard and our 3 separate varieties of lush bamboo and other tropical foliage. Events, parties and ceremonies may be held outside weather permitting or we can include tent-rental to ensure your guests comforts.

FOOD & CATERING     -   Pricing upon Request

Food pricing varies significantly and therefore we do NOT include pricing for food here but are certainly delighted to handle your food service or connect you to one of our preferred caterers, or just use your favorite. Typically appetizers run between $10 to $30+ per guest and dinners, buffet or plated to the table, run between $25 - $100 per guest. Your food and menu options are only limited by your tastes and your budget.

• NOVA 535 offers an On-site modern catering kitchen.

• YOU choose the catering company we do NOT force you to use ours.

• Special, seasonal, international, custom, Kosher and special dietary needs menus available. from our in-house caterer or via your favorite licensed and insured food vendor.

• Plates, glassware, serving wares, designer stainless steel serving bowls, trays and platters included for up to 250 guests. 

• Dining, rectangular and high-top tables, chairs, black linens, white or lilac/lavender napkins are included for up to 250 guests.

• Custom furniture and linens available ala-carte.

• Cakes, sweets, desserts, etc. available limited only by your tastes and budget.

• Final headcount is due 14 days prior to event.

• There are no additional gratuities or service charges for catering here so make sure to compare with other venues that charge from 15%, 18% to 22% and more.

BEVERAGES & BAR SERVICES  - Pricing upon request

• Enjoy our gorgeous, world-class 60 foot long, granite topped “S” bar in our main gallery and the spectacular VIP bar upstairs.

• Full liquor license which also allows full bottles to be purchased and taken home.

• We also offer OFF-SITE liquor catering available for your home or office party.

• We utilize the same team of professionally trained, friendly, experienced and welcoming bartenders.

• We sell beer, wine, call, premium & champagne packages available via cash/credit bar or per guest, per hour for guests 21 & up and until 3am.

• Sorry NO outside beverages alcoholic or non-alcoholic may be brought in.

• Bartenders are hired one per every 75 guests at $195. Barbacks are $195 each.

• If tip jars are not allowed out during an event we add a 10% service charge onto the final bar tab.

• All liquor packages include Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Ginger Ale, Club Soda, Tonic Water and Juices (Orange Juice, Cranberry Juice and Grapefruit Juice) and Bottle Water.  All bar packages also include glassware, beverage napkins, stirrers, lemons, limes, cherries and olives.
